Studio Condo

Includes bedding, 1 set curtains, 1 rug, 2 lamps, accent decor, wall art, kitchen and bath essentials.

All projects require an initial consultation to discuss client preferences and available options. If there are existing features that the client does not want to change, or there are items which can be incorporated into the overall styling project, then other options may be added as a substitution. For example, if lamps are good, then other decorative elements will be added instead at no additional cost.

Client may request color themes and general overall goals.

Little Birdie may recommend upgrade options to enhance the overall impact of the refresh. Upgrades may be recommended for things like furniture, fixtures, accent wall paint or custom wallpaper designs (per HOA approval). Some upgrades may require additional time and cost and will be agreed upon and approved by client before implementation.
